Batch 6 - American Blonde Sour (12.6oz Bottle)

We took multiple barrels of our base blond sour, each of which aged in different yeast and bacteria to lend a hand in producing a variety of flavor profiles, and blended them together creating hints of stone fruit and strawberries. We then decided to age the beer on fresh Apricots and Strawberries and the results were DAM good. The complexity and nuances at this stage were so enticing we chose not to fruit this batch as we had in those preceding it, making this a stand out in the series.
